About Your First Orthodontic Visit
Your First Visit is Always Complimentary!
We can’t wait to welcome you to our office! Once you make your first appointment, the intake forms will be digitally sent for you to fill out at your convenience prior to coming to the office for the initial appointment.
Upon your arrival at Brunswick Orthodontics, please notify our receptionist. Dr. Zack will conduct a thorough orthodontic examination, including Diagnostic Records, and explain all aspects of treatment one on one with you.
The Purpose of the Initial Examination is to Answer these Questions:
✓ What sort of problem is present, if any?
✓ When is the proper time to begin treatment?
✓ What type of treatment is indicated?
✓ How long will treatment take?
✓ How much will the treatment cost?
What are Diagnostic Records?
✓ We use digital scans with iTero and similar devices, as well as CBCT/Conebeam imaging.
✓ Panoramic and cephalogram radiographs and tracings.
✓ Doctor Zack studies the diagnostic records and determine the best course of treatment.
✓ We are able to take records and offer consultation follow-ups in person or via Zoom.
